We the People: New Day Campaign

Invited by the Baltimore County Arts Guild to use the East Gallery as part of the organization's We the People exhibition, the New Day Campaign presents an exhibition of works by five artists (Brandon Buckson, Gloria Garrett, Nancye Hesaltine, Michelle Labonte, and John Viles) whose art is about and supports their own mental or emotional health. The overall exhibition is described by the Baltimore County Arts Guild as "an exhibition of artwork by artists who face challenges. Racism, sexism, illness, trauma, addiction, abuse, neglect, homelessness, disabilities. So many of us navigate difficulties on a daily basis, here we illuminate the ability of creative process to heal and bring us together."

An opening reception hosted by the Baltimore County Arts Guild will be held Saturday, October 13, 5:00pm to 7:00pm
