Play: Zooman and the Sign Reimagined

Play: Zooman and the Sign Reimagined

Cary Beth Cryor Gallery, Coppin State University
2500 W. North Ave, Baltimore MD, 21216
November 11, 2015, 5:00 - 6:30pm

Zooman and the Sign, performed at Coppin State University from November 20-23, shares the tale of a bereaved father who, after the killing of his 12-year-old daughter, posts a sign accusing the entire community of cowardice in the face of ever-escalating violence. How do people act, and what could be done differently? Coppin State University actors perform a scene from the play and engage the audience in dialogue on alternative (loving) behaviors to guide outcomes to more positive places.
